Narkanda
Narkanda is one of Shimla's famous tourist spots. Located 65 km away from Shimls, NH 22 is located at 8100 feet on the Hindustan Tibet road, its supernatural beauty and apple gardens, surrounded by hills of the Himalayas, is a place of attraction due to devdhar trees. There is a temple and lake prominent place in Narkanda, from a very high altitude you can see the scenic views of Narkanda and far away. Narkanda is also famous for adventure activities here, can track, skiing etc. First apple crop in Himachal was started here; the view of the road from Kufri fagu to Narkanda is very interesting. Cherry, almond, apple fruits are here, there is heavy snowfall in the winters.
